‘The World’s Most Forgotten Crisis’: Conflict Displaces More People in Democratic Republic of Congo Than in Syria

Ongoing conflict uprooted nearly 1 million people from their homes within the Democratic Republic of Congo last year. That’s more than triple the number of people driven from their homes within Syria and five times the number within Iraq, according to an aid group.
