Part of a Russian organized crime group has been caught in New York City after allegedly trying to carry out an unusual crime.
This gang was charged with typical mob activity you see in the movies, racketeering, murder for hire, extortion and chocolate trafficking.
The group, called the Shulaya Enterprise, named after their leader, were charged with trafficking ten thousand of pounds of the sweets. That’s 5 tons.
The scheme, however, was foiled when the mob tried to sell the treats to a government agent.
