Illegals, Smugglers Forced Into the Sea as Border Wall Proves Effective on Land

Walls work.

Whether it’s the walls of your house, the walls surrounding a business, or walls along the border of a country, it should be a common-sense conclusion that walls are an effective means of protection and defense.

Reasonable human beings have realized this for hundreds, if not thousands, of years — just look at the Great Wall of China or any number of medieval fortresses. Even the simple fact that we live in enclosed dwellings with locks on the doors is a testament to the fact that physical barriers deter unauthorized entry.

Eye-opening number of America’s youth embraces Marxism and socialism, shuns capitalism

America’s youth is increasingly embracing communism, socialism, and Marxism, according to a new report. The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation released its “Annual Report on U.S. Attitudes Toward Socialism, Communism, and Collectivism,” which found that a concerning amount of millennials (anyone born between 1981 and 1996) and Gen Z-ers (anyone born after 1996) are in support of eliminating capitalism in favor of socialism.

The Bureau of Economic Analysis on Thursday announced that the U.S. economy grew by a record 33.1% during the third quarter, giving support to President Trump’s confidence in a “V-shaped” recovery from the damage sustained from the Chinese COVID-19 pandemic.

In the second quarter, real GDP decreased 31.4%, the federal agency noted.

“The increase in third quarter GDP reflected continued efforts to reopen businesses and resume activities that were postponed or restricted due to COVID-19. The full economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic cannot be quantified in the GDP estimate for the third quarter of 2020 because the impacts are generally embedded in source data and cannot be separately identified,” it said.

Prominent Saudi journalist warns Biden would bring ‘chaos’ to world

President Trump’s administration recently brokered three Middle East peace agreements between Arab nations and Israel, and one prominent Saudi Arabian journalist is suggesting he be given time to do more.

Because the alternative is a return to Barack Obama’s “political, economic, and healthcare distortions” through the candidacy of his vice-president, Joe Biden.

In an era when foreign intervention in American elections is of prime concern, Saudi journalist Badr bin Sa’ud is openly advocating for one result.

“Biden served as vice president under Obama for eight years, and electing him means recreating the same experience, with all its accompanying political, economic, and healthcare distortions. In his campaign and in interviews, [Biden] stresses that U.S. administration’s priorities, [thereby] recalling its alliance with Qatar and the [Muslim Brotherhood][ as part of the failed Arab Spring plan, and its use of the Qatari Al-Jazeera channel and its Arab and English staff as a media arm for [promoting this plan] and sowing political and economic chaos and destruction in the Arab countries… The Arab Spring was bait that the Arabs swallowed. It wasn’t a natural historical episode, nor even a wave of social uprisings motivated by economic and political factors,” he wrote, according to a report from the Middle East Media Research Institute.

NBC: ‘Hunter Biden dossier’ discredits ‘right-wing conspiracy’

Echoing the 2016 election, establishment media justified its refusal to investigate the Biden-family, influence-peddling story by claiming it was the work of “Russian disinformation.”

U.S. intelligence officials have denied the claim, and no evidence has emerged to support it.

Now, NBC News is reporting Friday in a story prominently linked by the Drudge Report that there’s a “dossier” that explains everything.

Under the headline “How a fake persona laid the groundwork for a Hunter Biden conspiracy deluge,” NBC reports a 64-page document “that was later disseminated by close associates of President Donald Trump appears to be the work of a fake ‘intelligence firm.'”

Philadelphia expects to release police body camera video in Wallace death next week

Philadelphia officials said Thursday they expect to release police body camera footage and 911 audio in the fatal shooting of Walter Wallace Jr. by the end of next week.

The fatal shooting Monday sparked protests and calls for changes to police training. Police have said that Wallace, 27, had a knife, was ordered to drop the weapon but continued to advance on the officers.

Wallace’s family has said that Wallace had mental illness and they called 911 hoping for medical treatment, but police arrived first.

Each of the two officers on the scene, who have not been publicly identified, fired seven times, police have said.

It’s just like 2016 all over again:

While the establishment media appears comfortable predicting victory for the Democratic candidate for president, a series of polls from major swing states shows President Donald Trump has a slim advantage over former Vice President Joe Biden.

And just like 2016, most mainstream media outlets are ignoring them.

Two polls out of Florida, one by Rasmussen and the other by Susquehanna Polling for the Center for American Greatness, found the president ahead of Biden in the biggest swing-state prize on election night. Those polls, along with others that have shown the race tightening but with Biden still ahead, have tipped the RealClearPolitics polling average in the state, with its 29 electoral votes, to Trump as of Wednesday morning.
