Pennsylvania Court Sides With Republicans, Orders Segregated Votes Not To Be Counted

( A judge in Pennsylvania sided with the Republicans on Thursday, ordering that any ballots where the voter failed to provide proof of identification before the deadline of November 9 should not be counted.

The ruling is a good start for the Republican campaign who have argued that votes in Pennsylvania received after election day should not be counted and that votes compromised by the refusal to allow Republican ballot watchers to observe should also not be counted.
