
Joe Biden has a negative approval rating in a national poll for the first time.
In poll after poll, the abortion activist has been on the plus side of the approval rating, but a new national poll from Rasmussen has Biden underwater days after a massive international boondoggle in Afghanistan.
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 45% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Biden’s job performance. Fifty-four percent (54%) disapprove. The latest figures include 27% who Strongly Approve of the job Biden is doing and 45% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -18 among the most passionate Americans one way or the other.
All of the most recent national approval rating polls came before the Afghanistan crisis and Reuters had Biden at +8, YouGov at +2, Fox News at +7, Politico at +5, and The Hill at +10, which each of those polls coming in early August.
