AMERICAN CROSSROADS
By Bishop Cornelius Duncan
Monticello, KY (GWN) – GOD shows me things I cannot always verbalize. Many things, however, come through loud and clear from the ‘Voice of GOD (Reference to GOD sometimes working in small ways). The most important things revealed are found in the pages of GOD’s Word. His promises are real and provide vivid accounts of the future. GOD is the same yesterday, today, and forever. A future not only for our individual lives, but for the future of nations and kingdoms.
In current revelations through dreams GOD speaks about a nation on the brink of destruction. How nations have been saturated with evil intentions of bloodshed and violence. How second rate dictators have become inundated with self interest without regard to their fellowman. How thoughtless leaders of the free world keep stepping back from longstanding bipartisan approaches to democracy, and the threat to freedom with the fear of World War III, and nuclear annihilation. No authority on earth speaks with greater power that can be heard in the small ways GOD speaks and works sometimes. Even bigger ways that cannot be understood by man. GOD says in Isaiah 55:8-9 that, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
Searching further in the pages of scripture revelation becomes crystal clear of a nation at the crossroads. In Jeremiah 6:16 the Bible says, “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.” America that once stood as a beacon of light in the world seems to be falling at the will of sin, but there is hope. Hope after going back to the basics of life. Hope at the end of time. Ultimate hope in a personal decision of salvation. One that determines where you will spend eternity.
The Bible says in Matthew 7:13-14, “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
America is at a crossroads, which way will you go?
